I Hate My New Nose - Can it be Fixed?

I hate my NEW nose-- it is shorter & much fatter & crooked. It has been 10 months since surgery & it is not getting better. I HATE taking photos & looking at myself in the mirror now. SEE photos. Can it be fixed? My nose looks huge now. So depressing.
