Is 8 hrs under anesthesia too risky?

I'm a healthy 38 year old female with no medical issues. I've gone under anesthesia in the past with no complications. I'm looking to get a Rhinoplasty revision and neck lift plus a few other minor nips and tucks. The clinic I'm going to said I will be under general anesthesia for approximately 8 hours. Is 8 hours too long a time to be under anesthesia safely and can this have complications or would it be safer to split up my time and schedule my neck lift first and in 3 to 4 months go back under for my rhinoplasty?
