Kybella Injections in Lean Abs

I had fat-dissolving injections about 40 hours ago into my abdominal area, which is very lean — I have visible abs and very little pinchable fat. I am just obsessed with fat in this area and wanted to trim down as much as i could. Since the injection, I’ve had persistent, deep soreness. The area is very sore when I engage my abs (even lightly), and there is some subtle swelling, but no redness or bruising.

I’m starting to worry that the injection may have reached muscle or fascia, since there wasn't much fat in the area.

Has anyone had fat-dissolving injections in a lean area like this? How long did your soreness and swelling last? Did it cause any long-term effects like dents, nerve pain, or hard lumps? Any guidance on what’s normal vs. concerning would be really appreciated.
