I got laser freckle removal on my arms. Some of the freckles went dark but the majority didn’t. Does the pigment need to darken in order for the laser to be effective? She said it was at a high setting but I didn’t find it painful at all , I was only a little bit red after and majority of freckles didn’t darken. I’m on day 2, is it possible the freckles that didn’t darken can still fade? Thank you
