How long can I expect my Mentor cohesive gel implants to last?

I fear I may have gone into this naively believing that I most likely will not need another BA down the road — my surgeon led me to believe most revisions are just for cosmetic reasons, women who decide to go bigger or smaller down the road, or who aren’t happy with the look as they age. Is this generally true? Or should I expect to need new boobs again? I’d micro have these at least ten years, hopefully much longer. I know I got the Mentor ten year warranty but hope to not use it...
