M31 hesitating to do rhinoplasty during septoplasty

Hello, I need to undergo a septoplasty due to a nearly 90% deviation of my nasal septum. This seems like a good opportunity to also get a rhinoplasty at the same time, which is fully covered by my insurance.

I’ve been reading reviews on Reddit for a few weeks now, but I don’t know any men who have had this procedure—only women (who were in a similar situation and decided to go for it).

I’m very hesitant because many people here say they regret it, while others say they’re very happy with the results. I don’t actually have a deformed nose—it’s really just a sinus issue, so it’s not visible. However, I’m tempted because I’d like to look better (…).

Would any men (or women) who’ve had a rhinoplasty and give me their advice on wether I may or not do it ?

Thank you so much in advance!!!
