Is Endotine mid face lift a good option. I saw online from one of the surgeons that at a recent conference it was discussed that mid face lift is not being used as much any longer. One reason being that there are good fillers and fat transfers that can add volume to the face. I would appreciate any info people have on this topic. The surgeon I have seen is proposing to do it endoscopically through the mouth area and not the under eye region.
