I had a breast augmentation 4 months ago with a trusted plastic surgeon. I have 180ccs below the muscle. Silicone. Moderate profile. There was reinforced stitching on the side bottoming out.
This is my second pair of implants. Previous 420ccs bottomed out after 5 years. I gave a good 7 years in between surgeries to heal. My recent follow up appointment I was made to feel my breast were already asymmetrical so this was normal. My infra fold was not even to begin with etc. however, there is a drastic difference and I was gaslighted into just "just be happy it's not worse" and he will not do a revision on me. Inhave a checkup at 9 months to possibly evaluate another option. He dismissed the idea of a mesh or capsulorrophy. Please help. Should I get a second opinion?
