Has anyone had their nasal bones taken back out?

I had a very ill advised surgery by a surgeon who was only concerned with money and didnt warn me of the risks (to the extent that even the hospital and the GMC have said hos documentation was insufficient). He narrowed my nose excessively and unnaturally and it has had a hollowing effect on my eyes and cheeks. I look 10 years older than I used to. There is excess skin when I smile. I was wondering if anyone had had their osteotomies reversed at all and whether it worked without using grafts.
