Revision rhinoplasty - nose feeling different?

I'm curious if anyone who has had a revision rhinoplasty noticed that their nose felt different afterward compared to their first surgery.

In my case, a revision would likely require rib cartilage to rebuild and support the nose. Ever since my first septorhinoplasty 3.5 years ago, I've had daily tightness, stiffness, fullness, and throbbing across the bridge of my nose and nasal bones. These sensations are there every day and never really go away. The bridge area often feels sore and tender, and my tip feels tight, full, and much less flexible than it did before surgery.

I'm considering a revision because I have some structural issues that may or may not be contributing to these symptoms. My hope is that putting things back into a more normal position could improve some of these sensations and discomfort.

Has anyone experienced something similar? If you've had a revision rhinoplasty, did it change how your nose felt day-to-day, either for better or worse?
