I had a mastectomy and will be getting implant reconstruction. My surgeon uses Natrelle implants, and I've asked him about my options but I'm still confused. In particular, I don't get what the difference in effect is between fullness and gumminess. There are four levels of fullness, and the brochure says that more fullness means a rounder top of the breast, but from what my surgeon says, the level of gumminess is what determines how round or sloped the top is, and there are only three levels of gumminess. Any help in untangling this is appreciated!
