Anyone ever had osteotomies for the nose reversed?

I had aggressive osteotomies that narrowed the bridge of my nose so much and made me lose my identity. Has anyone reversed this, whether re-osteomitizing the bones and putting them wider or added diced cartilage fascia to camoflauge it? I'm waiting 9 more months until my revision, and going to be requesting this.
