I'm just wondering, how many people REALLY get nose jobs and/or septoplasties. I see a lot of celebrities and even some regular young women walking around with really cute noses. I wonder, did they get nose jobs? Could nose jobs be as common as dying your hair or using makeup? Or is a nose job, a rare, serious procedure? Also, what about septoplasties? I struggle to breathe daily and sure, I often hear other people sniffing. But what about people who seem to always have perfect breathing?
