Nose still swollen 8 months after revision rhinoplasty?

Hi I had revision rhinoplasty 8 months ago to correct an unsemetrical tip left from previous surgery. I told the surgeon I was happy with my noses profile, and only wanted tip correction. My new nose is more symmetrical, not perfect but better, however I have now been left with a lump on the bridge of my nose, this is worst in the left hand side and makes my nose look bigger from the side than before! Is it possible that this could still be a result of swelling or will I need another revision? Thanks!P.s The revision was open rhinoplasty!
