I’ve recently gone a closed rhinoplasty 8-9 months ago now so most swelling has subsided at least that’s what my surgeon told me, I’m deeply upset because my nose now looks even bigger and bulkier than it was due to a graft of a teo-strut collumalr graft placed for support that was not disclosed to me before surgery, that said my tip is extremly stiff to the touch and i can feel the graft pressing/ touching the tip, my original nose was extremely bulbous and medium thick skin , i emphasized How I don’t think The closed rhinoplasty would be the best for my case , but he quickly dismissed my concerns and told me we can still refine the nose with closed approach, im not sure what to do now i deeply dislike the look of my nose and would like to seek a revison.
