Need advice! Debating between the popular "all on 4" method vs "3 on 6" procedure. all on 4 is 1 bridge on 4 implants, the other is 3 zirconia bridges on 6 implants (2 per bridge). I rarely see 3on6 offered over the typical allon4, why is that? is there a reason allon4 is superior to the other? What are the cons for 3 bridges vs 1? Either way, its a lot of money, I want to make certain I am as informed as possible about both techniques. Thanks!
