Hi there, 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty, and it's the biggest mistake of my life. I wanted a smaller cute feminine nose. I ended up with a septal extension graft, alar rim graft, spreader graft ... a huge long unconfortable male nose made of grafts. I am looking for a revision rhinoplasty surgeon who can cope wit complex technique and consider that overgrafting is a big deal and a big nose on a small face is ugly. Has any person gone through the same issue? Did you manage to find a surgeon? Any good revision rhinoplasty names?Thank you for your suggestion
