Can people share their all on 4 experiences, especially after living with the implants and bridges for some time

I am thinking about the procedure, but I am not sure about the long term satisfaction, look, comfort etc. I am concerned about further bone loss, upkeep, follow up costs, etc. Please share if you had the procedure and or other implants maybe 1 year, 2, 3, 5 years ago.Thanks everybody-
