I had rhinoplasty 18 days ago. The cast was removed 4 days ago and my nose currently looks short and upturned and piggy like. Is this due to swelling? Any chance this nose will turn out okay? If not, how soon can I fix it and what should I do? I'm depressed.. I feel like my life has stopped
