Pinched to feel

Does anyone “feel” a pinched tip? I just left a consultation with Dr. Mayer in Beverly Hills, says he’s never been told in 25 years that a patient feels an uncomfortable pinched tip and that surgery won’t change that. Any comments? Am I alone I can’t get a good feel from any doc if it’s worth going through, they seem to not listen to any wordage you out out there. They always Over talk me and don’t get where I’m coming from.
