Does a product called Myotaut serum is really work?

Hello Everyone, i wnt to know if anyone has heard of vagina tightening stuff called myotaut serum, that's supposed to permanently tighten that vagina??????? i had a baby2 month ago and already know about kegels and they aren't working for me, so i just want to know if this works before i waste my money???
