I can't pronounce my words properly or smile correctly

I am 17 days post op.  I had a forehead lift, lower face lift, chin implant, chemical peel , fat filled into my nasal folds and lips and rhinoplasty.  The swelling has gone down pretty good except around my jaw line.  I can feel what I guess is swelling and muscle under my skin around the front of my ears and under my jaw line to my ears.  All this I understand will take time.  I got a yeast infection on my cheeks (peel area) which is red but healing.  I am concerned about not being able to pronounce my words correctly and not being able to smile correctly.  I did my homework and went to the best... I only see him once a week and it seem like forever before I get to see him again.  He has told me not to talk much or make facial gestures.  I have been fairly compliant.  I read about others who can smile eat and I get worried.  Just curious if anyone else had the speech issue or smile issue in the beginning and how long did it take to resolve?  Yes.. i will ask him when I see him but talking to others is good too.Thank you in advance for your feedback.  ALSO... my neck it tight tight tight.  Even when I look forward, if my teeth are together I can not lift my head much.  :(  I am trying to be patient.
