I've had 2 SMAS surgeries in a 2 yr period, both gave poor results, including submental deformity w. excess fat removal, causing central depression framed by highly visible, enlarged ptotic digastrics and SMGs. Pixie ear, poor scarring, overpulled skin. Experts in this are hard to find. What guidelines should I consider to find the right one? qty performed each year and overall, etc. Internet search is frustrating. I'm in NY but will travel as required. Met Jacono but he's incredibly costly.
