I had a reaction to subcision, what should I do?

Hello, I went for subcision to treat my depressed scars, plus a diluted Radiesse (saline and Radiesse in 1:1 proportion) about 19 days ago. Unfortunately while the bruising has faded, lumps have remained and they are healing very slowly. My original doctor keeps saying that this is normal and should heal in under a month (a small needle inserted in the bumps a few days ago apparently indicated that they didnt' contain radiesse but just skin tissue). However upon visiting a second doctor - a plastic surgeon- for an alternative opinion, he said that raised scar tissue was formed and while it didnt' seem permanent, it might take about four months to subside. He gave me silicone patches, vit c serum and mild steroid cream to speed this along. I have attached a collage of the lumps - Leftmost is the most recent, middle is five days before and rightmost is ten days before. This is pretty gravely affecting my work, and I was wondering if anybody had further opinions as to what to do to speed the healing up. Thanks so much!!
