I kept reading on forums that after a week the scars or healing when alarplasty has been done should hardly be noticeable

But after 8 days I have this pale yellow pus looking where the cut was done.  Supposedly its just healing, but I need to go back into work and I want to know if I should really be concerned by the looks of it.
