Does anyone regret not getting a lift with their augmentation?

I lost 70lbs a few years ago and now my breasts look deflated. I've had a few consultations for implants and I'm stuck between two surgeons I really liked. One thinks I'd be happier with a lift & implants, but the other said I only have minor ptosis and would achieve my desired look with implants alone. I'd love to avoid the extra scars if possible. Has anyone here with grade 1 ptosis had an augmentation alone? Are you happy with your results or do you regret not getting a lift?
