Hello, I've paid in full for my Smile Direct Aligners when I was told that my insurance is now working with them. I've heard many people have received a reimbursement for the entire portion of the payment. I just received my claim form from SDC and Delta Dental advised me that the dentist listed on the form couldn't be located. They asked me to submit an itemized bill, and receipt of payment (which I've requested and have yet to receive). Some people have also been denied after submitting a claim and had to file a grievance. Has anyone else dealt with this or has been reimbursed? If so, can you provide me with some advice on moving this forward? Thank you!
