Dermatologist notes report that I have “severe mixed Melasma” with a handful of hypopigmented spots on both sides of my jaw. Emphasis on severe. I’ve searched endlessly and haven’t come across a picture of Melasma worse than mine. I’ve used topicals like Obagi Nu Derm, Tri Luma, etc. Avoid sun at all costs and wear special sunscreen daily regardless.
Please, can anyone provide the name(s) of specific doctors who are highly regarded for their expertise and/or success with treating Melasma? (I wish I were a celebrity as it’d make obtaining this info much easier)
If unsure, maybe the name of a doctor you saw for Melasma and would highly recommend?
