I first got my breast implants 6 years ago, and while I like them, they’ve never achieved a cleavage and sit far apart. So now I’m looking to remove them and replace them. Has anyone does this before? My original chest was quite flat. I’ve had one consultation in Bangkok and the doc said it’s pretty impossible to achieve what I’m after which was discouraging but I’m still going to continue my search for a skilled doc that is confident they can do it.
