My primary surgeon removed my infratip and made my round columella look short and flat. The profile of my nose points out like a flat spear and the front looks short with tiny nostrils like a Asian person's nose. Has anyone else had this problem and found a surgeon to give them a hanging columella back? I look deformed now with a shorter nose.
