I am looking for advice on what to do to fix texture damage from retin a. Its been 5 months of .1% useage and my skin is terrible. Orange peel, large pores with some extending into lines. 8 started this for the anti aging benefits. I know my skin barrier is shot as i have never been good with moisterizing, even when starting. I could kick myself for that. I just started the process to "fix" my barrier but need to know if i should completely stop the retin-a or will these issues ever resolve. My self esteem is shot, i have become depressed and my day centers around my terrible skin. I thought retin a would help, not makes things worse. Its so isolating to know you wanted to help only to make things worse. Any insight would be very helpful. Thank you
