Has anyone had a revision on a Facelift/Necklift: If so, are you happy with the results? Would you share your experience?

I went for my 3 month post-op today and my PS is planning to do a revision, but not until 6 to 9 months from now.  Wondering if anyone would consider sharing their experience if they have had a revision.  Was recovery easier than the original surgery?  Did you have general anesthesia or a local or a mixture of meds for comfort?   Was it painful?  What part of your facelift were you unhappy with and why?  Are you happy with the results now?  Any information is appreciated.....I am nervous even though it won't be for quite some time before I have it done.  My poor neck is still trying to get over the first surgery in March 2013.
