I came to this site originally to seek post op advice, but to also read about others' rhinolasty experiences first hand. I mainly did this because I'm concerned about my rhinoplasty results. I'm not happy right now. I'm nearly 3 months post rhinolasty and my tip is bigger than pre rhinoplasty- I originally wanted rhinoplasty to make it smaller. It seems there is a consensus among all surgeons' advice and that all patients should wait a year until considering revision. I have addressed my concerns with my surgeon and he assures me that I'm still seeing swelling- although he wont specify just how much is swelling. So I wanted to see if there are people with similar experiences on here. Did anybody consider a revision due to a larger nose but were eventually happy with their results? If you did end up getting a revision, how did you approach your surgeon about it? I don't feel that I should have to pay, or at least pay the full fee for a revision- but I feel it might partly be my fault for settling for a procedure that was intended to be "not as dramatic". What if what I want is more dramatic than what was originally discussed in the consultation?
