For those of you with revision rhinoplasties: Is there still hope for refinment after 8 mos post op?

Hi there! I had a revision rhinoplasty using rib grafts to rebuild a pollybeak deformity and collapsed valve. I am 8 mos post op and while my profile looks halfway decent, the front is still terribly shapeless and thick and unrefined. I feel so unfeminine. I realize that my nose will never be petite, but I was truly expecting more refinement by 8 mos post op. Is it possible for the tip and bridge to become more defined and narrow at this point? I would love to hear about your experiences.Thank you!
