I know this is a complicated issue, but I have become severely depressed after a rhinoplasty over 1 1/2 years ago where the doctor removed nearly half an inch off my alar base. I never disliked my alar flare but my surgeon did. Now I no longer look attractive or identity with my own face. Looking in the mirror is a nightmare. Can someone please help me. I know grafts can reverse it but I can't find a surgeon with experience or the willingness to attempt it. I just want to feel like myself again
