I had a revision rhinoplasty recently and I can't smile! I had a graft put in to try to ensure my tip doesn't fall down but now my upper lip doesn't seem to lift at all when I smile and my upper teeth are completely covered. Did this happen to anyone else and did you have to have the graft trimmed to fix this?
