I had a revision rhinoplasty where the doctore added cartilage at the tip of the nose, took a lot tissues from the prior surgery and took a lot of cartilage out. I am 9 months post op and my nose is still big and from the profile it looks like is dripping down. The doctor said that he gave me the slop shape but i am not able to see it. I am concern my nose is dripping down and that was the main reason i did my rhinoplasty being insecure of my profile. This is a revision as well so not sure if it can be fixed.
