hiI’m hoping for some help/advice on who to choose for a revision rhinoplasty. I had a very botched job done 12 years ago and had it fixed with a graft made from cartilage harvested from my nose. After a few years there was a gap between my graft and the left side of my nose.I got this fixed 5years but this time the surgeon used a fascia from my temple and wrapped the cartilage in this. 5 months ago a started to see a dent on the right side of my nose. There’s now a gap there between the graft and my nasal bone. The left side is still perfect. Has anyone had a graft that has lasted? Any surgeons you could recommend that would be best to fix this if it can be fixed?
