good morning everyone ,

theree months ago, I had a rhinoplasty. The first week after the cast removal, my nose was swollen, but it quickly went down. During the first and second months, my nose was perfect—very defined and small. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if it’s bad luck or just part of the healing process, but my nose keeps becoming wider and losing its shape and contours. The tip is droopy. Now, in my third month, I can hardly bear to look at it; it’s very unattractive, and I wasn’t expecting this. Why was my nose beautiful in the first month after the surgery, and now it’s not? Is it just swelling, or is this the final shape of my nose? Also, in the photos taken by my surgeon right after the operation, my nose looks very curved, while now it’s very straight with no curvature. Is my rhinoplasty a failure? Have I traumatized my nose? I have many questions and would appreciate any answers. I look forward to hearing from you, and thank you in advance.
