Saline Spray or Hydrogen Poroxide to clean the nose?

I'm having a rhinoplasty in May and am preparing items that I'll need for recovery. Anyone who's already had surgery, would you recommend saline spray or hydrogen poroxide to clean the nose? Does it matter? My surgeon says either is fine but I'd like to know your thoughts ^^
