Should I get rhinoplasty?

I've recently become open to the idea of plastic surgery. I've always been self-conscious of my looks, particularly my nose and chin/jaw. I'm looking for opinions if I should get the rhinoplasty and about how much it would cost. I'm in Central PA. I'm open to other surgeries too, perhaps there is another area I'm overlooking. I'm looking for some outside opinions.
