What’s the best way to choose a surgeon?

I’ve been wanting rhinoplasty for a long time, at least 10+ years. I finally had a consultation with Dr. Kotoske in Phoenix, AZ on Thursday. He was recommended to me by a friend who had breast implants (I don’t know anyone who has had a nose job). I liked the staff, doctor, facility, location, price etc but I’m wondering if I should keep shopping before I just go with the first surgeon I talk to? I’m wondering what others recommend? What factors did you use to make your decision?
