Is it safe and hygienic in maylasia to get dental implants and veneers ? Has anyone had any experience?

What are the disadvantages ? Are the dentist highly trained ? Any comments will be appreciated. I need two implants on the top with a bridge on each and one is left one is right. I have wanted veneers for a while are they good?
