I am a 27yo planning on getting facial fat transfer in about a month. I don't want to keep getting fillers because I see the pillow face it causes in young women so I wanted a permanent and natural-looking solution instead. However, I have some pre-jowling/puffiness in the jowl area caused by buccal fat removal years ago. Is it safe to get ultherapy just on that part of my face 2 days before facial fat transfer? Do they work together?
