Hello,I am looking for a reasonably priced San Jose/ Bay Area dentist who can do all-on-4 dental implants or similar techniques with bone craft/ no bone left/ bad bone. I also need an immediate denture that will fit before I get implants, preferably val-plast, so I can tolerate it and work. I used to use a partial val-plast denture, but recently my front crown popped out and I no longer can wear it. As a result, this is more of an urgent procedure. What makes my case more complex is that I will need to add a tooth to my old one or more likely, to have an immediate replacement denture. I understand that this is a complex procedure and will take time, but right now I don't know where to start in order to find the right dentist for this, nor do I want to break the bank. My job requires me to talk a lot and you can imagine how difficult it is to not be able to open your mouth! It's nearly impossible and I am urgently looking for suggestions/ recommendations of a good and kind dentist and lab specialist who will be able to work with my difficult case (I have a bad gag reflex, so it's a very complex situation and case and I'm beginning to lose hope in finding help). (As a disclaimer, I'm understand considering pulling all teeth that are left, but I want to see if I'm still a candidate for implant work before I make that decision). I am also willing to travel in the SF peninsula/ North Bay, but San Jose area or nearby the South Bay would be ideal. I have Delta PPO insurance. I've had bad teeth/ gum issues my whole life and now I'm at a point where not every dentist will be able to assist my case. I need someone with experience in dealing with more complicated procedures and teeth work. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
