I will be having an open rhinoplasty in a couple months, wondering if anyone has any tips to make scarring as minimal as possible? Obviously follow surgeon's instructions and silicone gel, but beyond that, should I try microneedling or a laser early in the healing process (4-6 weeks) as I've read that this can produce a more favorable scar?
