I’m currently missing 6 uppers (3 on each side). Currently wear a partial but want something permanent and more realistic. Figured either dental bridges or implants would be the way to go. I would prefer to find a reputable and affordable dentist near Metro Atlanta who offers quality service and product. Any suggestions?
