I’m seeking a highly skilled doctor with extensive experience in Botox and fillers to correct facial asymmetry resulting from a previous jaw surgery. Due to nerve damage, my lower lip has developed unevenness—it slightly pulls inward, making it less full compared to the other side. Additionally, my top lip has a slight asymmetry as well.
I underwent a genioplasty as well to correct the asymmetry, but unfortunately, it didn’t achieve the desired results, as the problem seems to be related more to soft tissue rather than the bone structure. After several consults, I was advised that Botox and fillers could help, but I have yet to find a doctor with the precise expertise to ensure a natural and balanced outcome. My concern is that, without a careful approach, the treatment could exacerbate the unevenness.
