Has anyone else had this problem? Neither Semaglutide nor Tiszepatide worked for me at all. So disappointed and slightly envious of all those posting major weight loss stories. I was started on Semaglutide oral suspension 1.0 ml a day. I was told I would see a half pound a week loss and nausea pills were also prescribed. After a month and a half, no nausea, no weight loss, no GI issues, just nothing - either good or bad. Well, actually I put on 3 more pounds. I waited for appetite suppression every day and was meticulous in following all the docs instructions, but surprizingly, it had the totally opposite effect. I was ravenous all the time.
So my prescriber switched me to 4 mg Tirzepatide under the tongue tabs. Have been on that for about a fortnight now. Again, ravenous all the time, no weight loss to date, no nausea, or any GI issues. No appetite suppression. Friends had warned me that they actually had to remind themselves to eat. Sadly, not in my case. It has been a disappointing and expensive last 2 1/2 months.
I am going to continue with the tabs till they are finished.
