Semi permant eyebrows flaking off, is this normal?

I got my eyebrows done a week ago today and at the front of each eyebrow it's completely gone, Is this supposed to happen? It's embarrassing as you can't wear makeup for another week and they are completely in symmetrical. Someone help!
